This wonderfully simple candle holder is designed for traditional Japanese candles. A slightly curved corner makes it easy to place. The candle holders designed by YAMAZAKI Yoshiki are made of hammered brass sheet. Each piece is hammered by a craftsman. The stick is screwed so that it can be removed for cleaning.
Each candlestick comes gelled in a beautiful boxbox.

The Makers
The Daiyo family business was founded in 1914 in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Now in its fourth generation, they make authentic Japanese candles that are known nationwide for their quality and beauty. All Daiyo candles are intricately handcrafted by master artisans using traditional methods and made exclusively from vegetable waxes. It is said that there are only 10 master craftsmen left in Japan who have mastered this type of traditional candle making.
