Beschreibung

Timeless, elegant cooking spatula made of cherry wood is an exceedingly practical everyday object, and lies comfortably in the hand. The smoothly polished surface is embedded with natural oil and develops a beautiful patina with use. Made in the Miyajima Kougei Seisakusho manufactory, the flat spoon is used in Japanese cuisine for stirring and mixing. To prevent the rice from sticking, it should be dipped in water from time to time before and during use.

Our products are made in small manufactories. Each product is unique, therefore formal variations in size, colouring and grain are possible.

Care instructions:
With a little care, these rice spatulas will last a very long time. After use, clean with a little warm water and mild washing-up liquid. Dry quickly afterwards and leave to dry completely in a dry, well-ventilated place. Please do not put in the dishwasher, do not soak or leave in water for a long period of time.

Neutral cooking oil can be applied occasionally to maintain the surface. To do this, apply a little oil to a soft cloth and rub in thoroughly, then allow to dry thoroughly.
