Beschreibung
This book is an invitation to a cup of tea and a quiet conversation with the most important person in your life, you!
.Like hardly anyone else, Frank Berzbach understands how to untangle complex philosophical, psychological and spiritual connections and formulate them in a generally understandable way so that reading them becomes a pure pleasure. But that alone does not explain the success of his suggestion for mindfulness.
His gift of building a deep empathy with his readers without knowing them in detail is surely another reason why The Art of Living a Creative Life has become the mindfulness book par excellence. And that's with countless competing titles.
And then there is his "spirit of inquiry": Like a loving anthropologist, he observes and analyses us creatives and ultimately seems to know - and understand! - than we know ourselves. He uses the knowledge he gains about us to lead us to self-knowledge. He holds up a mirror to us and directs our gaze to the opportunities. It almost seems as if he can remove obstacles with his sentences that seemed insurmountable before. Sometimes he straightens the perspective with a single, cuddly sentence - and the problem seems smaller. Frank Berzbach deliberately and consistently refrains from giving advice and practical tips, leaving the life questions with the reader, and that's where they belong. But in the course of reading, his book becomes a good friend. One who is a pleasure to listen to. Who understands and appreciates you. And who brings out the best in you.
This book can change your life - and that goes far beyond the cup of tea.
About the author

.On equipment and design
To do justice to the theme of mindfulness, we have not printed the entire text in black, but in warm grey. The slightly voluminous paper makes the book feel a tiny bit lighter than you might think. A mindful life is also a little bit lighter. The feel of the paper and cover material was particularly important to us in this case. Both should be gentle on the hands without being over-sensitive. We quickly found a solution for the paper, but almost despaired of the binding material. Until we were shown a fibre material by friends that felt exactly as we had dreamed of. Because of the hefty price of this material, we had sleepless nights. And after deciding on the material, no more marketing budget. Without knowing it, friends and fans on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs and films took over the marketing with the most professional photos and staging. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
