Beschreibung

The mid-sized scissors in the Wilkinson Glide range, the 8.25″ Wilkinson Glide DIY and general purpose scissors are super sharp yet lightweight and versatile, with Teflon coated blades. The super-sharp, Teflon-coated blades are ideal for jobs around the home and not only stand up to adhesives, but also penetrate hard materials such as subfloors, felt, carpets and ropes.

Especially ideal for anyone who suffers from arthritis in the hand or has difficulty lifting heavy scissors but still wants a super sharp pair for easy cutting.

STORY

.

Whiteley's was founded in 1760 and is now Britain's last industrial scissor manufacturer and the oldest scissor smith in the western world. Whiteley's is a leading manufacturer of industrial and professional shears and scissors, developing cutting solutions to suit the latest materials in the automotive, aerospace and many other industries. Every pair of scissors the company makes is still handmade, assembled and tested by craftsmen using skills and techniques honed and handed down over the centuries.
